MAKING A COMPLAINT
If you’re not completely happy with our service we’d like to hear about it so we can do something to put it right. We do everything we can to make sure our customers get the best products and service possible. However, sometimes we may not get things right the first time.
We would like you to tell us what went wrong so we can put matters right.
HOW AND WHERE TO COMPLAIN
If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service or products, you can tell us about your complaint in the following ways:

WHAT TO EXPECT
We aim to resolve your complaint straightaway but if we can’t, we will keep you informed on a regular basis. If you need an update, please call us on 01226 818 020 and ask to speak to the person handling your complaint.
When we reply to your complaint, if you consider our response doesn’t fully address your concern, please let the person handling your complaint know so we can see if there is anything further, we can do.
IF WE CANNOT REACH AGREEMENT
Our aim is to resolve all complaints. However, if your complaint relates to finance and if you are not satisfied after receiving our final decision letter, or if eight weeks have passed you have the right to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS). Their contact details are shown below.

I am so impressed with my recent installation of windows and front door! Barry and his team arrived yesterday, the weather was atrocious but they were all so friendly and positive when they arrived. They worked very efficiently to get everything completed the same day. Attention to detail was amazing.I couldn’t have wished for a better result or a better team of Lads. Just to add that from start to finish the whole experience has been exceptional. From the lady who answered the phone when I called to Robin who came to my home to measure up etc. Very professional!

Yorkshire Conservatories (YC) have just completed our installation of UPVC double glazed windows and a composite door and we’re delighted. This is the third time we’ve used YC (which is all you really need to know – they’ve built our glass garden room and replaced a broken French door in the recent past,) and once again they’ve delivered exactly what we asked for. We’ve found the salesperson very honest, knowledgeable and in no way pushy. The office staff are polite and friendly and so are the installers. They turned up on time, worked hard and left the property clean and tidy. I would not hesitate to use YC again and can wholeheartedly recommend them. I’m not the sort of person who writes reviews on a regular basis, but on this occasion I feel the need to tap the keyboard and give praise where it’s due. Thanks to everyone concerned. Good work!

Excellent after sales service from Yorkshire Conservatories. I had a problem with a door, fitted 4 years ago, (manufacturer’s fault with door edging), contacted Yorkshire Conservatories who supplied and fitted the door and spoke to Diane, who was most helpful. She asked for photos of the fault and said she would take the matter up with the manufacturer, she contacted me later and told me the manufacture would supply a replacement door.
Yorkshire Conservatories delivered the replacement door today and their fitter did a brilliant job fitting the new door. I cannot recommend Yorkshire Conservatories highly enough, they were very helpful and friendly when I originally purchased my doors and their after sales service has been brilliant. Many thanks to Diane and your fitter.
