From the moment of my initial enquiry about replacement of windows to the completion of the project, I received nothing but politeness, helpfulness and understanding from all the staff. I’d like to register my gratitude to Yvonne on the phone, to Robin for his ingenious design and problem solving, to Paul for his reassurance and advice on window sizing, and to Patrick and Thomas for their efficiency, hard work and kindness in fitting the windows, kindness that went well beyond their brief. I am so impressed with my recent installation of windows and front door! Barry and his team arrived yesterday, the weather was atrocious but they were all so friendly and positive when they arrived. They worked very efficiently to get everything completed the same day. Attention to detail was amazing.I couldn’t have wished for a better result or a better team of Lads. Just to add that from start to finish the whole experience has been exceptional. From the lady who answered the phone when I called to Robin who came to my home to measure up etc. Very professional!
